I can't see any sperm under microscope, am I infertile?

I was with a woman for four years w/o accidents same you. Later, I was in another relationship using the same method and we decided I should just get tested to find out for sure, so we could just stop worrying about it if I WAS infertile... Before I even got around to getting the test, bang, she's pregnant. Make of that what you will. BUT, you can't see sperm at anywhere near that magnification so don't trust that. Tell your doctor you want a semen ysis. They'll look at you funny because usually people only do that when they're TRYING to get pregnant and can't. But they'll give you the test if you insist you just need to know for sure. Best luck.
